Wow, Don't everybody go answering this question at once.

Importing an AI file doesn't work at all and the Eps file just turns out to be a big black block, with a hint of an image in white dots. I already updated my version of SignBlazer and that didn't help. Please help.

I got the 'jumbled up' problem solved. (just had the settings checked wrong, duh) but it still freezes when I use the 'group' button.

I'm trying to layer a simple text. Red with Black background. I'm having 2 problems. First, when I go to 'cutter' the text is all jumbled up on the cutter preview. Then, I go back to 'finish' and try to 'group' and that freezes up the program. If I try to 'weld' or 'combine' that loses that layers. what next? thanks

I have a sign made in signblazer, a small bit of text and a graphic that I vectorized in signblazer. When I hit the 'cutter' button the program freezes. I have to shut down the program and start over. This is a saved .sbd file and it won't cut it. Any ideas?

I built a sign using signblazer, now i'm ready to put a graphic on that sign. I vectored this graphic using signblazer and now that graphic is in .SBD. How do I put one .SBD in another?

Signblazer won't let me vectorize a jpeg. Error message:This is not a monochrome image. Cannot vectorize. What does that mean? I'm not even going to start about the whole AI file BS. Why can't SignBlazer fix this?

Is there such a thing? I'm limited on funds, trying to get my sign making business off the ground. I have SignCut X2 that came with the cutter and it suuuuuuucks! please help thanks

mh1351 usb win xp SignCut X2 I am having the exact same problem. Stops cutting in the middle of a simple text graphic. Just freezes right there. Display is blank. Progress bar on computer gone, like it's done.
