There are options and if we can tread water for a couple weeks I know we will have some kind of fix or a solid update.

The LaserPoint is a very operational contour cutter... It lacks full automatic detection of registration marks but can accomplish the same results as a Roland or Graphtec. If money is important I would have to say the Graphtec gives you excellent value!

I am here for you pal... SignBlazer has some unique limitations in it's print cut ability. What you should do is first and foremost start a completely new document in SignBlazer and make sure you set it up to the right size to begin with. Then import your print, then execute the print. The fact of the matter is... SignCutPro is great software and we are on the verge of an update that will fix all of these issues. We need to be patient and wait. SignCut is providing me daily updates and they are very close. Apple did not make any of this very easy for them. I know that some of these issues are long standing but they have promised to resolve all issues. Look here for updates!

I too will be volunteering my time, but the day before to help prep a large Thanksgiving kitchen that will service thousands in the Seattle area the following day. I am goin to watch football and goto my Mother's to meet my Sister who is flying in with my nephews and brother in law... I have a younger brother and sister who will be in attendance as well. This could cause this issue but examining other settings may reveal other issues that could cause this. I think it would be wise for you to visit support.uscutter.com and generate a support ticket. We can help you very quickly!

Here at US Cutter we have tested all of our value line cutters with Windows 7 successfully. I am currently having issues with a Graphtec Craft Robo Pro on a 64 bit Windows 7 system. Actually it runs great but the Graphtec Robo Master Pro design software does not want to see the cutter. So we are just using SignCutPro with Illustrator and it works great!
