  1. hi i just remove the bearing inside the red box found out that the bearing is faulty.. not round its shaking .. just need to buy replacement bearing ?? dunno whether anybearing shop got sell this item ?? or uscutter gt sell them
  2. yup any suggestion to help me solve my prob ?
  3. eg. if the pressure setting on the pinch roller is set ard the same.. the vinyl stil drift cause so cause by pinch roller not round enough?? or metal roller not straight ? i tried using adjusting the tension of all 4 pinch roller to about the same tension .. wat i found out was the marking of the nuts which we adjust the screw are not v accurate.. i tried to balance all the screw the distance to be about the same from each other but the tension i found out are totall diff { EACH pinch roller VARIES a lot the tension } so i manual adjust the roller to about the same tension each roller <from pinch roller 1 to pinch roller 4> after tension is about the same i put all roller side by side and lock them and press offline and press the feeding buton without any vinyl.. i place my index finger and middle finger on the TIP where there is a circlip to lock those rubber roller with bearing.. DAMN SURPRISE to find out THAT the four roller FEEDBACK ARE A LOT DIFF... so is the pinch roller not up to standard ?? causing the VINYL to drift OR is the METAL roller not straight??? cutting small sticker is alright but when comes to cutting big graphic which need the cutter to cut from the start of 2m to the end and coming back THE DRIFTING REALLY CAUSE A LOT OF PROBLEM FOR ME
  4. erm just to confirm cutting is alright only the sticker drift.. once drifting problem SOLVE cutting WILL BE PERFECT

  8. mostly those graphic i done require at least 100in by 22in choose this 50in uscutter course can make bigger car graphics but those cut i performs many art work DID not join due to vinyl drifting or when the metal roller performing cutting actions that time is not in a smooth motion compare to ROLAND or MIMAKI i used b4 this USCUTTER cuts in a JERKY motion EG move front fast slows down move front and slows down AGAIN?? while this uscutter came i sold off my ROLAND GX-24 which i think is quite a damn stupid thing i did i had many work JAM due to this problem and my 1st job with this plotter i gt complains unfinish cuts .. which customer complain on a car 25in by 120in 2 color red and grey.. I REALLY HOPE SOME1 FROM USCUTTER CAN HELP ME ON this i do understand that price wise is a lot cheaper but i expect some quality too noise is not a issue as long as can get the job done i am happy
  9. thanks i feeded the vinyl which is more then required example the a rectangular box need 100in by 30 in i feed in 120 in of vinyl and 40 in of vinyl which is more then enuff and the vinyl still drift severly just check the rollers the rubbers adjusting the tension with the roller clamp down surprise to find out when tension is set tight with my hand holding on to the metal rolling bar the bar did not rotate but the pinch roller rubber can rotate ... i gt 4 pinch roller 1 pinch roller while clamp down the rubber can move ... so i did not use the fault pinch roller... so i end up using other 3 and the vinyl still drift .. i follow the marking of the indicator front and back of the USCUTTER Very STRAIGHT even thou not everything is 100% it will drift i agree... but also not to the extent of so much ...
