    Make sure your offset is not set in two places (cutter and flexi) had that problem before with the same problem.

    How do you change it in the cutter?

    you can read your user manual,  if you don't have one, you can download it from the support link at the top of the main forum.

    I looked in my manual, and their is nothing about changing offset on the cutter, only in flexi

    Okay my pinch rollers are marring up my vinyl, and making the imprints of the grit roller on my vinyl. I heard that once you apply the vinyl it wont show up. but i sell them locally and i dont want a buyer to see that on their. I tried loosing the pinch rollers all the way and you can still see the imprint. If i loosen it anymore the nut will come off the tension-er. Any help please

    I had the same problem the first week i had my mh-871, My uncle who has been doing this for 35 years + . looked at my vinyl when it was in the machine and laughed. You have to look real close and make sure the vinyl is straight. Keep adjusting until your tracking in perfect.

    Okay so i need to re-order some more business cards. My dad owns a party shop and i had put that address on their so it looked more professional, but i do all my work out of my home. Anyway i was thinking on my new cards i should put my home address. What do you guys think? Let me know, Thanks :thumbsup:
