I have a 34inch refine. when i go to cut, in flexi. it stops, and i hear that usb sound. what part is it that the usb plugs into?

tried still didnt work. It just started doing this last night, other than that never did it

Tried the 2 different usbs still disconnectes and reconnects causing the job to stop.

Same thing happened to me last week, i accidently bought reg tac app tape and the vinyl would not lift, my pressure was at 100 i moved it down to 70 and lifts perfect, try that and problem fixed

Pretty sure its not a lite up one, if so the owner wont mind
