My pinch rollers are real hard to move down the rail. is their anyway to grease/loosen them up?

Okay so my grit roller on my mh-871 always mars up my vinyl with the grit roller pattern. I have been told to loosen up my pinch rollers. My question is.....If i do loosen them up. will my tracking be off?

Hello. I am currently running flexi 7.6, mh 871 and windows xp. If you use flexi you might know this, When you go to cut something it will show the job status in the production manager. Well for some reason it shows nothing at all when i cut. Can anyone tell me how to enable or whatever i have to do for the production manager box to show my current job? Thanks

Thanks, i got it to work. But it wasnt so easy.

I have a MH-871. I've had it for about 7 months. Lately i hear the usb sound when you connect or disconnect a device from your computer. And when i try to cut something it will get so far then it will stop and i will hear that usb noise. I ordered a serial to usb cable but for the time being i need to cut some orders. My machine is not grounded yet. Could anyone tell me how to ground it. Thanks
