i have a pcut (i believe 630) i have had for several years - here lately i can be cutting and something freezes up - not sure if its the program (signblazer) or the cutter itself - it will be cutting just fine then all of a sudden it drops the blade and runs it back over to the start edge and all the way back to the beginning start point with the blade down thus ruining what i was working on - i go back to the computer and the signblazer program is not responding - the only way to get out of it is to shut the computer off and restart it what is this thing doing and what is my fix - is it computer - is it cutter - is it connection - is it static ... i am not using the serial port or the usb (unless the square style connection is also usb) thanks for any info

it is a pcut 630 - I am using USB (shown in the picture) - I am on Windows 7 I do not have a keyspan hooked up - guess I don't know much about them and how they work - is that my problem? is there such a thing as a keyspan going from usb to usb - they all look like they go from serial port to usb

the only thing that wasn't done with the pcut was the camo - I bought the camo vinyl and used scissors to cut it

has anyone ever had trouble when they turn on the pcut-630 - i have had this machine going on 3 years now and here lately when i turn on the power i hear a clicking noise and nothing else - it may do this for approx 30 seconds and then finally the screen will power up and display what it normally does - also during the time it is clicking the fan does not come on so i dont know if it is lack of power or what

what blades (brand) is best to use for the creation p-cut 630 . what is your thoughts on the best blade and where to find them

i have a customer that wants what he calls "meatballs" which are numbers for the side of his car that he can remove but still drive the car with them on the car - the car is fiberglass so magnetic will not work - any suggestions thank you

i think heis looking for it to be reuseable - i have beel looking at the static cling materials and i have found an avery A0855-S - has anyone used this - does it work for what i am talking about thanks for all of you input everyone

when you say cling what material are you talking about - i knoticed oracle has a 631 wall vinyl

what type of material is the fathead material - he is telling me that it is a type of static cling material - not sure how fast he would get up to - he does a road course type race on a huge parking lot

i have a pcut 24 that i am cutting some letters with but it seems to be cutting through the vinyk and the backing towards the middle of the vinyl strip and barely or not at all cutting on the right side towards the push button module on top of the machine anyone have any ideas why it would do that - i have set and reset the pressure settings and blade depth to the best of my nowledge ... but then i am kinda new to this

i need to know what software is compatable with the signblazer trial mode - what i am looking for is like stipe packages flame packages etc that i can import into signblazer and be able to manipulate it and cut it using the signblazer - i have found different clipart cds that i would like to purchase but i dont know if it will work or not any help is appreciated

i am having the same issues ... i have loaded the drivers as the directions stated and the signblazer software and everything appears like it is going to cut but i get nothing - it even opens up a cut manager window showing the jobs that are cutting - i have checked all the settings and all appear to be correct - i am not a computer wiz but it seems like i need to uninstall the drivers and reinstall but i am not quite sure how to do that without messing something up - i have tried everything from changing from the usb port to the serial port ... HELP before i get too frustrated
