  1. it happens even with a new blade.. i had to up the pressure in the past because when blade went from left to right across vinyl it would skid and not cut all the way through.. it would cut more of like a perforation.. i think the pressure being so high may be causing it but with less pressure blade wont cut all the way through... so i guess i can either have designs that arent cut all the way or have them get messed up due to waving and lifting?
  2. I have a laserpoint 24inch and when I cut the center of the vinyl rises up or kind of gets wavy and messes up the cut. the vinyl dosent lift off of the backing the backing raises along with the vinyl. sometimes if i put the pinch rollers close together it helps but i cant do that on larger jobs or the edges of the vinyl dont stay flat during cutting. i am using t-shirt vinyl press is @ 110 (as advised by previous uscutter troubleshooting for a different problem) and speed is at 60.. any help is appreciated!
  3. I've been going back and fourth with US Cutter since October when I started getting the black boxes on my LCD screen.. I was told it was a motherboard so I ordered a motherboard, paid the $90 for it plus overnight shipping since I had several orders that needed to be completed for the world series, the new motherboard did not fix the problem and I was unable to complete several orders and lost several clients, i was sent about 3 or 4 different motherboards that I ended up having to send back and then I was told it was the power source.. Got a new power source and still had problems.. Finally I decided to send my cutter back for repair.. I sent it back and then on 5/2 got e-mail from ben saying my cuter had not been received even though it was delivered on 4/30 5/3 got e-mail from uscutter support saying my order was shipped to an old address with a tracking number from 2009.. replied to this e-mail letting them know this was not my current address and asking why I was given a tracking number from 2010 5/4 got
  4. hey guys.. ok so i imported a jpeg image into signblazer, then i made it monochromatic like their instructions say, then i vectorize it. but this makes the entire image blue so my question is, when i go to cut is the entire graphic going to be cut, because the graphic is multi colors and i dont want to have to cut the entire image for each color. so is there a way to separate the different colors (or the parts that were different colors since its monochromatic now) into layers or something so i can only cut the pieces i want out of each color?
