Cutting it is not easy but doable if you have the proper tools, but polishing the edges to get a nice bevel that's another story. Let us know what's with the mirror

Nice job man I'm getting started with screen printing myself and that looks pretty good. That's glitter, isn't it ? An 83 mesh or so ?

yeah, I think is kinda slow too, but is the price you pay for a mobile system. -
Midwaste, check your PM

Looks cool  Do you have a picture of your on-site setup ? How do you like it ? is really 100% mess free or just cut the mess a little ?

I was going to mention the "racing" thing too, but didn't want to come across rude, but no you did it first I'm fine

Not trying to be a jerk because this is not my business but : 1- if you have 30 cars waiting for jobs ...... get some money upfront and get you another cutter, or try to finance one. Also if you making a living out of this, you should have the proper equipment, not "hobby-level" stuff. I do have a 871 too and I knew it was a crappy cutter when I bought it, but I just wanted to practice before spending the big bucks. 2 - complete your profile, that way people would know where are you located and might be willing to let you use their cutter or help you in any other way. Hope you get this fixed soon

You can tell the vinyl stretches pretty good

Looks pretty good I can't help you with pricing simply because I suck at it , but to me you just wasted the vinyl since you really blasted the thing from behind you should have achieve the look you were looking for just with the blasting.

You can get release paper on any screen printing supplier, but give it a try with 70grm regulr paper, like the one you use in your printer. Make sure you shrink your paper passing it thru the dryer BEFORE printing any color, that is if you're printing more than 1 color. Check this video http://www.t-shirtforums.com/plastisol-transfers/t107388.html , but in this same forum someone posted it not too long ago regarding this same issue.

Hey Guest if you have some time please PM how much it would cost me to have 1-5 xbox wraps. Do you need a vector or a raster image would do it ? Really like the small decals

Pressure pot is going to do a best use of your air, no doubts about it. And if you spend the money once to get the right blasting media you won't even need a lot of pressure, I spend $100 in a case of 25lbs (?) of Aluminum Oxide 220 grit, really fine stuff, but less risks to blow your mask and all. I use regular vinyl to mask my pieces, is not the best for small detail but I don't do any money (yet) from this so is ok for now. Washout films, light sensitive film and stuff like that is the way to go to tackle any kind of jobs but it requires other kind of equipment to go with it. Best of luck and get a cabinet, pressure pot and the best compressor you can afford, and then just practice, practice and practice some more.

If you use plastisol inks you should cure with your heatpress if you don't have a flash dryer, a heat gun will dry inconsistently. If you use waterbased inks they'll air dry, and you can use the heatpress to set the ink. I know nothing about this but from reading this is what I've gathered.
