I'd give him a call to calmly voice your concerns and then just leave it alone and just carry on with your goal of making a living. Seems like it'll just end up being a big distraction for you and when all is said and done you'll be in the same place you were when you started the process. The guy probably didn't even put the site together. I still have a video of some German (I think) company installing a sign that my guy put on my site that I haven't gotten around to having him replace... imagin how they must feel.

Try stuffing some fabric anti-static dryer sheets into the roll when you cut. Otherwise, yeah it may be a USB fart of some sort.

Based on a majority of these suits and how they usually turn out, the guy will not end up doing any real time. But, he will have a record, pay tons in attorney fees and probably never be allowed to deal with or work in the business EVER again. I did a clothing store job about four years ago for a guy that sold knockoff big name sports team apparal and designer accesories. Within two years of opening he was raided by local PD and FBI agents in swat gear and held at gunpoint (a little overkill if you ask me). Now he's got a smoke shop about two or three miles away and sells knockoff handbags and watches which he displays around the store like they were the real thing.

I've done them both ways and not only is the glue side just as durable when facing the sun, it looks cleaner in appearance because of the smoothness of the glass. With regard to the best vinyl to use I normally go with the needs of the job/customer using mmaterial I trust. I never trouble myself with the warranty any more because it only covers the least costly part of a project (the vinyl). If you've ever attempted to squeeze more from the manufacturer than the $20-$40 cost of material you'd probably feel the same pretty quick. It's my opinion the 651 will last 'long enough' to not only suit the customers needs but allow for a repeat installation within my lifetime. I'm not saying that I want to cheat a customer out of a few years of vinyl life, I just want the customer to have a easier time when it comes to deciding it's time to re-vamp their business presence again with an updated graphic. Besides, as you do more and more intallations around town you may also begin to grow tired of seeing the same unchanging graphics everyday, even if they were done with your own two hands.

Pedo Bear is more an adult satire on a sick industry than an actual orginization. Not at all like NAMBLA, now that's a sick bunch.

I prefer the outside because the image can be seen at an angle. If you place them inside then you can't see the images as well from an angle. Also, I'd rather NOT have to move displays and such and I can do the install when the customer and his/her customers are not in the way.

When I got my machine I ordered an extra motherboard and drive belt thinking I'd have it handy if I ever needed it and they stopped selling them. I haven't needed them and they still sell them...

Thanks for the videos and true that! I went over to the "other" forum a while back because this one was full of rude people always on the ready to make disparaging remarks to members and in constant fear that somebody might steal their "art". Turns out (thankfully) they seem to have gone over there and polluted that forum to the point that they're even moderators now. Glad to see that people here are still sharing and helping each other out in the true spirit of a forum.

I do a lot of boats with both and they stick just fine. I use alcohol and a plastic blade to clean the surface of sea going muck.

I just ordered an all in one printer with CISS for a little over $100 for my father from hotzone360.com. They also sell CISS for other brands you can DIY install if you're capable. They're the only one I know that have both a great price and a no clog guarantee.

A little off topic but FYI: Who ever is making them for you, 3M will send you a 54"X 5yd sample roll of reflective for free if you request it.
