No, this is the design i want to cut out. I want to print it first then cut a print with sign blazer. I will be using a black tshirt. I dont know if its easier to just cut the transfer paper as the image or just print then transfer.

It was never said he wasn't getting support. What I had commented on was it doesn't matter if it was from china, japan, or anywhere else. It also doesn't matter how much he paid. If you sell a product for cheap that doesn't mean you shouldn't back it because its cheap. To add to that I am very happy that I bought from USCUTTER. There support has been great and calls are returned promptly. There were issue at first mostly user error and the machine works just as expected. Also before I bought the product I did research and called them directly, but I would never settle for someone telling me "well its a cheap price you should be happy" what is there to be happy about when that guy couldn't even use it?

OK, got it figured out with help from Ken and myself. It was the wrong driver installed. I keep uninstalling the driver and reinstalling until finally it took. It wasn't saying that the driver wasn't working, but with multiple try's it started working. Go figure windows vista driver issues!!!!

This is in regards to the shill bidding! I think that its a bunch of BS if they wanted more money for the item then list it for more. Don't go a manipulate people for the price. I was done the same way on ebay. On the subject with the $400.00! I don't care how much you/he paid!! If you buy a product then it should have support people to go with it. Especially for this kind of item. Yeah he could have bought a Roland for 3xs as much, but the key factor is it would work and if not Roland would be there to help.

I am trying to cut a transfer for heat press. I print the image on the transfer with reg. marks. Then I go to print a cut. When I click on cut to follow the steps it locks up and closes the program. What do I need to do?

How can I calculate the usage of vinyl before I cut it? Is there another program or website that would do this?

I tried inkscape. but my issue is what are the steps? What I want to do is take an image with maybe 2-4 colors and separate the image so that when I sent to the cutter it will cut the different colors then I will overlay the image. I am very new to all of this. The question that I have is how do you take a jpg or giff and convert it so its compatible with signblazer? What I am trying to do is copy a logo then import it to signblazer. Then I want to separate the image by colors. I have already done it by doing monochrome, and then verterize but that will not get the images with straight lines nor will it look acceptable. If there is another program out there that I need to use first then open in signblazer please let me know. Also if the pro version of signblazer will do it let me know.
