    Last Minute Banner

Warranty is spelled correct on website. Forget the spelling, 1973 called and they want their pictures back. Maybe they can take some time out of their "award winning" and update site. Nice job on banner and turn around time. If you do as customer requested and you know it's wrong even after you point it out to him. You just have to say "It Is What It Is".

    North East PA vinyl suppliers?

I'm in the NE I use Proveer out of Quakertown there is also two sign suppliers in Pottstown both of which I have not used. Proveer 9 out of 10 times has material I need and can pick up. Big company but Quakertown location pushes Avery vinyl. I use and have no problems with (Avery plant is 5 min. down road from Proveer) Hope it helps.

What type of set up are you using to blast your mugs? Air eraser? Sand or Aluminum Oxide? I'm thinking of buying Air Eraser and if is the results you can achieve I'm In!

    Help with first shirt.

What I do is drop a shadow (just a tiny bit larger) behind the image make it same color and use your weld feature to give the impression it is thicker. My most popular font is scriptina and before this trick I was cursing like a sailor every time I was weeding. Hope it helps.

    Changeable Sign Idea

I have a possible job for a Farmers Market to make them a directory sign. The sign must be able to be changeable (20 possible booth spaces) from month to month (month to month rental terms). I never made a sign like this before; would I use sheet metal and make the store name on magnetic strips or is there a better way. If the magnetic board is best choice what would be recommendations on material. Would I paint metal for better looks? Sign size 3' x 6' Thanks,

Can anyone tell me what font looks like Star Trek font? If it matters, my customer said he likes Star Trek Voyager series. Thanks.

    Banner I made

Here is banner I made today. It is 3' x 6' 10oz. I charged $49.50. What are your thought on pricing. The design was sent to my customer and I duplicated exactly. They love it; I offered to add phone number but they did not want it.

    Seal or not to seal

Thanks for the reply FutureSgtsWife . In regart to the other reply "why seal it" I guess my thought are so the sticker would not peel off or be able to take more abuse. Thanks

    Seal or not to seal

What are your thought on sealing vinyl (Avery A6) on painted wood for indoor use. I thought the sealer would act like a "sealer" from the stickers coming loose later on down the road. I have done them sealed and unsealed and wondering if I am doing the right thing. Can someone give me pro and cons and what sealer would be best if thats the route to go. Thanks

    Cutting Script Font

How do I cut cursive font out of vinyl without it overlapping the vinyl and seeing the cuts in the final decal?

    First time silk screening

This was my first attempt at silk screening. I did it VIA Vinyl negative over screen then squeegee. I did three different designs in one afternoon with the same screen. I highly recommend this method. FYI I used Royal Blue Plastasol w/ a heat gun for curring.
