When I'm in SignBlazer and I click cut first my the cutter just kept going back and hitting the red button resetting the cutter and now my pcut screen reads waiting,but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? :'(

Thank you so much for your help, but because I am new to all this I am not sure which "driver" to download and if downloading a Diver replaces the CD that I lost I have the Creation CT pcut with the signblazer elements for uscutter software and I'm trying to get my computer and cutter to work together so that when I click CUT my Cutter begins cutting out my design. Can anyone Help Me Please with this???
