scull with x bones and dagger

    I think this will work. skullandswards.EPS skullandswards.EPS
  2. I don't have a printer that will print 11" wide but I would bet that you have to print 11X17 to cut 11X17.

    Boundary box cutting into graphic

That is the weed all setting that cuts a square around the graphic. Turn all the weed settings off if you just want the graphic cut. 1st By a nose.

    Ok I give up

If your printer needs a jpg for printing, SignBlazer is not the program to use. A jpg should never be too big for a printer to use. (they can just shrink it) Did they give you a format that they want? I would guess that a tif would work. Are they out to charge you an art fee? Post your eps and I or someone will make it whatever format you need and whatever resolution and size that the printer is demanding.

Square cutting on the outside of graphic

Weed all will cut a square around everything. All the weeds will. If you just want a circle, turn them all off.

    cutting image in half

Group all objects. With the square tool, draw a box around what you want to keep. Click the selection arrow. While holding down the shift key select the original drawing so that both the square that you drew and the original drawing are selected. On the top menu Object/clip/set done
  10. I had that same problem when I printed several copies from SBE and then tried to cut-a-print. You didn't say that you were doing a cut-a-print. I think that the cut-a-print uses the print cue and then cuts what you printed. Try looking at the file and seeing if there are several lines in wire-frame.
  11. Sounds like you have several copies sitting on top of each other or you did an outline/in-line and didn't do a total weld. check the letters to make sure that their is just one copy.
  12. +3 Grabbing by the shoulder seems on top and putting on press square by eye and lining up the tag in center of logo by eye works OK with some practice. The amount of overhang is a good guide to how square the shirt is on the press. Use the seems and not the press marks from the factory and it should be OK. Most people are not that symmetrical so if you are off a little, it might not be that noticeable.

    Design Issue with cutter

Good luck! You want the part that is black to be the shirt? I can't see why you would need to print anything? Just cut it. You will have a box around your design on the shirt? You're using an opaque transfer? I would use heat press vinyl and draw a box around the design. I don't think that the cutter will do the cut without bunching up a lot of the small pieces on transfer paper. You will need to set the transfer paper on something that will let the cutter cut on the whole sheet (a carrier sheet). How are you going to cut that with all the lines overlapping on the eps file? Try to fix the middle of the "8" where the lines overlap. You will need to turn all the weeding options off. I would not even think of weeding that. You will need some sort of transfer sheet to hold the design together when you peel the backing off to get it to the shirt. If you get it done, I want pictures!
  14. Mine came with "Blue" blades. I think that they are 60 deg. The instructions that came with it said 60 deg.

my black and white image wants to print in 2 colors

You could punch each letter that way. An EZ way to select groups of objects that are the same color is with the color selecter box. Rightclick on the colors down on the bottom. A little box will come up (The color selector box) Select the white. Drag a box around the letters (it will only select the white objects because the color selector box is just got white checked.) Now........ Select the black in the color selector box while holding down the shift key. Drag a box around everything still holding down the shift key Weld punch through Delete white letters by selecting them the same way again. proline1.SBD proline1.SBD proline1.SBD proline1.SBD
