well I finally figured out my problem with the letters. I was fooling around and just figured to put the offset to 0.00 and it worked great. If anyone wants to try it. It worked for me.

what should the offset be?

I'm trying to cut some simple labels and using arial black and on the bottom of all the letters the plotter gives it a small little tail. Anyone else having this problem?? Anyone who can help??

my blade off set is 0.030 inches

Ya all the letters are closed in illustrator because all I do is convert the text to outlines which goes to line art and shows everything is fine. Even when I look at it in Signcut it shows closed and all but does not close on the plotter.

I'm having the same problem. I use illustrator and go right to FILE and then SEND TO SIGNCUT. Some letters are all cut cleanly and some aren't cut all the way. There is a small space at the bottom. I have my blade off set to 0.03 that I saw on the forums. Is there anything else I can do to fix this because it is starting to get annoying.

Hey guys I keep onhaving problems with my Refine MH721 model. It does not completly cut the image ro anything comppletly. When I weed the image or what eve it gets up and makes me pull the letter up or make everything look bad. Any ways on fixing this?? Or did this happen to anyone before?? Thank you.
