can you cut shelf paper on a plotter?

I know it sounds funny,, but I am looking for a vinyl that DOES NOT stick very well at all. i want to use it to make some stencils that I paint over, but does pull paint with it when I remove it. Tks

I d/l some eps files from different sites and in flexi 8.5 starter, they wont come thru completely when I go to manager. There is a shrimp eps file in the request forum, I only get the outline, anybody else have this problem? tks

I got most of it vectorized, but the cotton bol itself isnt there at all, any suggestions? I have the text and the cotton stem showing
