I read or heard (don't remember which) a story once from Florida where the local sheriffs office was chasing down a bad guy that had shot a cop. When they finally cornered the guy he opened fire on the police. The police returned fire and killed the guy. When the Sheriff was interviewed by the local news they asked why they had shot the guy 65 times. The sheriff replied "because that's all the bullets we had". Don't know if its true of just an urban myth, but a good story none the less.

Thanks OW, your last post is the reason I love this forum. Very knowledgeable people who pass along their knowledge to the new guys in a friendly and informative way. That's all great information and I learned more from it than any post I have read elsewhere.

Not really following your post OW. (Maybe I'm just thick this morning....lol) Your first paragraph seems to say both can't be done on the same printer but then your second paragaph seems to say it can be done. When I say "heatpress stuff" I dont mean sublimation. Will this not work with pigment inks? http://www.stahls.ca/inkjet-transfer-paper

Don't get me wrong guys, I have no intention of paying that much for a printer. I understand about supply and demand but, wow thats unbelievable! Are people actually paying that much for them? If they are then they have more money than me thats for sure.....lol

Was thinking about getting a Workforce 1100 printer and maybe doing some heatpress stuff or vinyl printing. The price of a new Workforce 1100 was kind of a shock to say the least! Cut and weeded this tonight. It was an exercise to say the least. Good practice though! The decal is 20" x 10.5".
