  1. What is the Carraige? what is the track? where to i take it apart to see Thanks for any input guys!
  2. Somthing is Jacked up with my Cutter.. everything is tight.. Blade is in good shape, and works good on Squares.. Circles are a no go, Especialy these particular ones.. If you see, this is the exact same circle cut out across a 15" sheet, by the end it is 1/2"+ off down the length of the vinyl.. Look at how bad the circles are.. Some are fine, some are decent, but many are just simply horrible.. This issue has been developing over the past few months.. What can i do? is a Stepper motor Bad? Is something loose inside.. This makes my 2 color decals come out HOrrible because nothing lines up across the decal.. Trevor
  3. What should the blade depth be? Credit Card Width is what i used on my Graphtec..
  4. Bottom Setting on F11 is Registration mark Size.. Maybe you where refering to the Cutter settings, Forward after Cutt, Rewind after cut.. Those settings where at 0.0, but changing them dose not seem to affect it at all.. Any insite on teh cutter blade holder?
  5. This is the Holder that came with my Cutter, Vs this is the one They sell on the US cutter site..
  6. I got a new P-Cut in the other day. Some issues i am having. 1. The Detailed cuts on corners are not very accurate. I have my blade offset set and verified with a square box cut, but the detailed square corners on my logo are getting rounded off and look like poo. With a Ball Point pen installed it makes this logo on paper with nice sharp lines. I would like to Ditch the cheesy Blade and holder that came with my Cutter and upgrade to a nicer Holder& Blade with less play and less offset like a Graphtec Holder. Has anyone upgraded to a different holder/blade? the one listed on US cutters site looks to be better than the one i got with my cutter. 2. After it cuts it advances Forward and backward quickly and stops a few inches before where the initial cut started, I am Using Sign Cut X2, i want it to stop after the cut, so i can send more info to it without messing with it. 3. Near the Far right 4" of the cutter it tends to cut all the way through the vinyl, but everywhere elce it cuts just fine. Other than that, its about what i expeced out of a cheep cutter

Adding Sign Cut to E-bay Order

Thats while Purchasing a new Cutter http://www.uscutter.com/Creation-PCUT-Vinyl-Cutter_p_74.html
  8. Can i get Sign Cut 3 year's for $30 if i purchase through E-bay, or is that just a deal through the site.. Trevor
  9. just Better quality photos.. maybe of the rollers, and the cutting head.. Anyone with a 48"er??
  10. Anyone?? in some searching on the forum it sounded like the Wifi USB was a long shot, no one has this working.. I would like larger, better photos if anyone has any.. dose anyone even have a 48" version?? most everyone has a 24.. but i regularly cut out 41" wide hood decals, so i need a wide one..
  11. im looking at a 48" LP.. I need to run this thing on the other side of my house from my Computer, and my current cutter (Graphtec) is working good on a USB Wireless print server (Linksys).. anyone have their LP setup to run on wifi? Also, can someone take some better photos of this cutter? the website's photos are pretty lo res.. i am interested in how the material is held, how you set pressure of the Rollers, and load media. One other question, How do you guys Cut off your Material after it Cuts? Razor Blade? Sissors? any better options?
  12. Newbie Here, You guys have a nice Site! I make Small Decals for local businesses, and larger custom vehicle graphics. Work from home, and only run the cutter 2-3 times a week.. normally only runs for 20 minutes or so. I Currently am renting a nice Graphtec 42" from a friend of mine, i give him 10% for letting me use the Cutter.. This ends up at about $50 a month or so. The Graphtec is sweet, has a very cool Cross Cut feature.. It Never has let me down, but id like to have my own cutter. He would like to sell it, but wants around $3k for it, and wont budge, even though i have found new ones for this price.. I have a few Questions about the Laser point.. 1. How wide of material will the 48" one cut.. Full 48"?? 2. Anyone have any Better photos? id like to see some of the detail of the rollers, etc. 3. Anyone have a Laser point hooked up to a Wireless USB print server? my Graphtec works great like this, as my Cutter is on the other side of the house from my computer. 4. SO what should i do? get the Laser point, Continue to rent, or Buy the Graphtec? Business continues to pick up every month, and id love to eventually get a Printer and work full time!
