The pinch rollers are about 1-1/2 inches in from the sides the vinyl is flat. The blade is just barely visible (~1/2 thickness of a credit card). I tried it with the blade out more, no effect on the problem.

Cutting strip is in excellent shape. Spped makes it worse. I have checked the spinning of the blade in the holder, it seems to spin freely but is hard to tell when in operation. Blade offset is 0.00. Thanks

Tried all positions with the blade. Blade just barely sticking out. I have put a small amount of oil on the blade to help with spin. Have changed pressure settings, speed, ect.. It has always been a problem . Sold refine mh721 to get this and made a big mistake. The machine only has about 5 hours use max since i bought it a year ago, because it just doesn't work. This is a replacement bladeholder that I'm using.

I have a problem that I get a sort of blade chatter on most of my cuts with the laserpoint (small perforations as opposed to continous cuts). It does not happen to all the cut lines. but if I do multiple cuts of the same images it occurs in the same places on all images. Resulting in a jagged edge on those cuts. Anyone know how to fix this?

How long does it take to get a replacement part, they have had mine for over a week and I can't even get a response.

must be a rejected part from the vendor, the hole is just big enough for the point on the top of blade shaft to seat but not big enough for the blade shaft to pass through (the hole is smaller than the diameter of the blade shaft)..thanks

The blade is pushed all the way up against the metal spring loaded plate. The blade is centered into the hole but not through the hole (the point on the blade is in the hole, but not through the centering hole)). I can push on the spring action and get the blade to go up, but it is designed to respond like a shock absorber.

I have a laserpoint 24, when I insert the knife into the holder it still sticks out ~1/2 to 3/4"+ and is wobbly, I can not adjust it in any further. I had a refine mh721 and sold it to buy this machine and understand (at least I thought) how to adjust the blade. also the blade holder is too big to mount to the carriage assembly ( can't close the holder) is it possible I was shipped the wrong blade holder or can somebody help me? below is a picture (blurry) but good enough to tell. when I install the cutter blade it sticks out about 1/2" and is wobbly. There is not enough adjustment to put the blade in the right position. ( I recently sold my refine mh721 and bought this machine, am familiar with blade adjustment) does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or is the blade holder defective? Thanks in advance.
