jaybyrd replied to Nkoot's topic in Show your work
I had it a couple years ago and it was so messed up that Bannerjohn had to help me by creating a new acct. and merging it with my old one. Never figured out what caused it but it was definitely annoying until John got it straightened out for me. -
May need to have you redecorate my store. That looks great.
-
Only suggestions I have is the other ear is missing, Other than that it looks good.
-
When my qe60+ plus did that with no warning it ended up being a mb. Just a thought but hopefully it's something stupid.

I couldn't give away the 10 oz. so I stopped carrying them and now everybody wants the 15's. Can't win for trying.

Look in the bottom where the copyright is and see where it says x-it. The ones pictured come from them and they are based in Maine. The directions are on their site.

I'll bet this is where they came from http://www.xitheatappliedgraphics.com/ If that helps any. I have piles of them at the store now and some are great but the all white prints seem to give me troubles.

Oh and don't forget premade plastisol transfers (got a few thousands stock designed transfers sitting around too lol)
-
Or if you can't make up your mind do like me and screen print, sublimate, transfer paper and htv. They all have their place if you have the money for the equipment and more importantly the space since screen print equipment can eat up tons of space.

jaybyrd replied to Ravenwind / One Off Grafx's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
If you hae $2.91 in is that figuring time, electric etc.? I can do that $5 but I don't seen any profit going lower than that and honestly I'd be shooting for $6. -
Feed wheels leaving imprint on vinyl, another Topic. HELP

They go away when applied like Dakota said but messing with those tension springs is far more likely to bite you in the butt with tracking issues and strange cuts due to slippage. -
I never cut my strip but gremlins tend to sneak up at night and put the occasional cut mark on it. Life happens.

Just remember I love Pinto's if that says anything lol.

Very new to SC Cutter, major issues

Is the carriage (the part that goes side to side) lock into the track properly? -
I think 631 would work fine. I'd do a test piece to be sure but I don't see why it wouldn't work in your case.

I've only used paint mask on cars but it does require tape and I just used the 4076rla I use for everything else. If applying to something like wood where there is less of a bond I'd recommend a lower tack tape.

Need some Plastisol Troubleshooting help
jaybyrd replied to Go-C Graphics's topic in T-Shirts and/ or Garments
Wash one and see if it goes away. I have read where the transfer powder will go away after washing but never had the problem to try it -
No I live in the the sticks and I don't believe there is a supplier less that 30 minutes away but that being said Grimco delivers to me but honestly it usually gets here just as fast from uscutter.

You got your moneys worth form that dispenser.

Refine MH721 cuts unstraight rippled and wavy lines
jaybyrd replied to billy80808's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Support Requests
For me it's usually a speed issue followed by a dull blade. I chased this problem for several days once with a new clean cut blade just to realize I had broke the tip off the new blade messing around. That particular incident had me convinced my Graphtec was dead until I finally inspected the new blade. -
Dang how much tape do you use? I've ran mine for several years and it's still going strong.
