Yeah mine shipped like that and they sent me a new carriage. By the time I got the carriage I had already tore it apart and fixed it. Sold it a while back or I would get some pics of what to do

Damn you makes me realize how much I really suck at drawing. Nice work.

If it not going up and down smoothly by hand and / or staying down when pushed by hand and not releasing it is most likely the electromagnet assembly on the carriage itself. There is a way to adjust the alignment (I did it years ago) but I no longer have mine to explain it to you. If you call uscutter they will either walk you through the adjustment or send you a whole assembly to change out most likely. I don't work for uscutter but this has been my personal experience with them in this situation

I've still got that chart on my wall. Some things stand the test of time

I say we all invade 101 next time and see how long it takes to get thrown out.

Also with Sanmar ask about case pricing. They'll give it to anybody but if your sales aren't high enough after a period of time they will lower you back down the the standard pricing. -

Carrying my S&W 40 but not a compact and concealed carry is questionable at best with the bulge from this thing. Haven't decided whether to get a compact or just wait til I get moved and open carry. -

Copyright and trademark are altogether different things. Since I am not an attorney I don't want to offer advice except to say if you recognize I promise you somebody already owns it. -
I have 2 of them that shoot within 2 degrees on my buddies snapon. Then again snapon isn't what it used to be either

I'll keep that in mind as well as registering all my guns because big brother has my best intentions at heart. Sorry couldn't help myself.

Was just reading this and totally unrelated I realized I'm wearing the shirt you gave me a while back. HTV is still sticking after countless washes,

The alternative to try is getting a can of static guard like what you spray on clothes and spray the machine and surrounding area to see if it helps. I used to have to do it with my value machine and it worked good.

I think I can say the real software used was brain power. You could give me every program in the world and a month to to that and it still wouldn't look that good.

Classy is birds of paradise. I actually use that one a lot surprised I didn't recognize it faster.

Guanine (Regular) for Tennessee. All cutters do text better than traces be it a cheap MH or Graphtec FC series like mine.

If my memory is right it's the u shaped black plastic thing on the right in your picture. Above the pinch roller is a metal tab that passes through that when the head goes side to side and triggers the sensor.

The problem with the arc measurement is car windows rarely maintain a consistent arc from the center out. Many times they kick up a lot at the ends.

I only wear port myself but there is a perceived value with a know brand like Hanes whether they're worth it or not. Personally I think not.
-
My number is in the 40k range but that happened when we had to merge my acct. a couple years back. I've been around a little longer than that.

Port, Gildan and if they have a big budget Hanes Beefy Tees. I upsell the Port almost like a specialty product engineered for personalization.

Mine is back together at the moment but if you take the top cover off there is a metal tab at each an you can see on the top of the carriage the black plastic sensor that slides over them.
-
The media width sensor is actually under the plastic cover on top of the machine and I don't think it can be seen without that cover removed. Somehow I bent one of the metal plates that it sense at each end and it started crashing into the end. My machine was set up in a retail space where little kids had access to it at the time, not any more.

For up to 8x14 i vote Ricoh but on larger format I went with epson because quite honestly I think the price jump to the larger Ricoh is ridiculous.
