Where did you pick up the auto vector temps from? Price? Post a link.

Oracal 631 sounds great and I like the idea of the interchangeable substrate. But nothing too ridged ... toss in some road vibration to sand/dust between the box truck and substrate and you get bad results to the newly painted and lettered surface. I like this idea of the interchangeable media and it will visually look the best. I spoke to one of my local suppliers and he has 3M sending out 5 yards of 54" IJ3555 Interchangeable Graphic Film. It is classified as a free "sample role" that they are shipping directly to me by weeks end. SWEET! Does Oracal provide these types of samples. It is a sweet deal, I can test out a job before I have to drop $400-500 on another media role.

Try any application fluid before appling the second layer. It allows you to float, move, see, peal on and off, and reposition your vinyl so you get perfect results. Did I also mention that it helps remove unwanted bubbles. Youtube "vinyl with application fluid".

I have made many of these custom stickers for people. A simple black and white print cut on the Roland and Graphtec = Lots of profit fast turn around. Little design and weed time associated with these styles of stickers. Get after it.

That was meant to be a question. Do you guarantee your Oracal product will not pull of the GSP 220 Scotchcal Vinyl? This is a practice my customer may want to due a few times a month. It sounds like a lot of sticking and pulling on the applied graphics.

The adhesive on the Oracal 631 will not pull off the 2 month old vinyl. I used GSP 220 3M Scotchcal.

I need temporary signage ideas for a mobile coffee and pastry vendor that would like to sublease their truck to nondirect competition. We just lettered up his robbin egg blue truck with spot color navy blue vinyl, see attached photo. The logo is 36" x 36". This is the mobile division of a very established and trendy restaurant/bar. So white banners are out of the question, and magnets are out because these are aluminum panels. I know there are lots of brilliant sign people on this forum, all your ideas are welcomed.

Is there another option than the "redirect." I'm looking for a part. I would much rather pay for a new screen, around $25.00 USD, and one day ship it. -
My Graphtec has been perfect till last Friday. Purchased/upgrade from US cutter last Feb. The digi screen just went out...it is all back. I called my local sign supply, Denco Sales, for tech support, they said I need to buy a new screen. Any help, how quick can you send me a screen. Cost? Scott 303-359-0175 cell.

Blade depth changes while cutting!
Vinyl Works replied to Vinyl Works's topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Okay, I have had a lot of down time, not good for business. There is a major gap between the blade and cutting strip. From the starting point to the center of the cutting strip, the blade "tip" height changes about 1/16", that -
Blade depth changes while cutting!
Vinyl Works posted a topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Support Requests
I have tried to adjust the blade and no help. I'm running the COPAM CP4050 on the stock settings for 40/100/.25. When I send a job(no metter if it is a box, letters, or numbers) the blade starts so deep it cuts through the hold paper and finishes the cut so light it does not scratch the vinyl. See Picture. Words from the gurus? -
