I found some Coke glasses at a local store and I decided to do combine my wood working and vinyl work. I used the vinyl to create a mask so that I could paint the logo. These are now in a display area of the kitchen! This was a quick fun project to do.

128 = 1 gal.....in famous words of Homer Simpson....Doh! thanks for the catch. I thought I did the calculations correct. At least it's an easy change!
-
Wow, love the reduce/reuse/re-animate! May have to figure out how to work with that one! Thanks for sharing!
-
Very well done. Always a concern to do a project but makes you proud when you complete it!

Here are a couple of container projects I completed. The Hershys is an old steel 2 gallon gas can and the Zombie is a small 30 gallon drum. My wife and I came up with the ideas and here is the result. I use the zombie one in my shop to hold all my soiled towels instead of throwing them on the floor.

Found a 20 gallon barrel that was not being used. Needed a place to throw my used shop rags instead of on the floor. What do you think?

As a way to say thanks for the blade help, I am enclosing one of my latest designs. I cut a few different sizes and put on the windshield of my jeep in different colors. Whole new meaning to bug splat on the windshield. Splatvwbug.SBD

Just wanted y'all to know....I LOVE YOU GUYS/GALS!!!!!! Got the cleancut blades in yesterday and was cutting things that I could not even consider before! IMHO...if USCutter would include these blades, they would get better response from newbies! I only wish I would have known about these a long time ago. Thanks again to everyone that directed me to these wonderful blades!
-
Yeah, that is what I am using. What would the suggested setting for the blade?
-
Trying this. Watched many videos and think the blade is set correct but may be due to type of OEM blade. I was able to cut a skull last night at .2" square after many changes. Seems like there is also an issue depending on the vinyl I use. Will try all again after I get the new blade. Appreciate the responses.

I did not realize that these cutters could do this. My copam will not do this without lifting the vinyl. excited to see what the new blades will do.
-
OK, I ordered by clean cut blades today. Appreciate everyone's comments and looking forward in seeing how much improvement they make!

Outstanding work! -
ok, y'all inspired me to try something small on my copam 2500. These little cuts kill me as it usually lifts the vinyl. I have tried everything I can think of and still have some issue.
