  1. Coastal Decals started following MH721 MK2 Blade not lifting

    I just got sent a board from USCutter and they said/ promised it would fix it, I just installed it and it still does not lift the blade arm. Is there any more troubleshooting I can do to see what the problem is. The machine is a refurbished one and has gave me no problem until now. I am under warranty but I don't know what else to do...

    I fixed it, turns out my swing arm that holds the blade broke. Luckily I ordered a spare one. I put it on there and then I cut and bent a metal ruler so that is gives it support against the arm and the screw. Will attach pictures if any body wants to see/ judge my Martha Stewart abilities...

    After the last update, my cutter started cutting rough. So I changed the blade... it got worse. I'm a new to the cutter, but have been using this one for about 3 months. No matter if I change speed or pressure it will cut straight through my vinyl or it will cut and peel the vinyl up. I'm so lost. Please help! Thanks
