  1. I dont think that the company really cares much about anything. They will start caring when they see the bad reports about their company that come up anytime googles or searches for their company. I wish I would have known about you guys before I bought my machine from them. I am also looking into buying a new machine from you guys because I am losing money on a bunch of holiday orders. Hopefully, I can get one bought and to me in time!
  2. Tarantula- I have done a report about them on ripoffreport.com and I am working on contacting the BBB about them. You can actually go onto www.ripoffreport.com and type in cutter pros in the search engine and see my complaint and also add your own. This company really needs to change their ways of doing business and the only way that will happen is if people complain and demand better treatment!
  3. It is the CR series. Could it possible be that I just need a new electrical cord? The machine turns on, its just that the screen has black blocks instead of saying online.
  4. No, it isnt under warranty and I dont think they sell the motherboards. Plus, I refuse to give that company any more of my money! Where can I get a new one?
  5. Is the company cutterpros.com? Have you dealt with Kendal there? I dont know much about how to fix your problems, but I feel your pain!
  6. I didnt buy it from uscutters, but I saw that on this forum you could ask for help from them even if you bought it from someone else. The company that I bought it from has just given me the run around and refuse to help me which is why I am here.
  7. I am in the same boat as you and I am just as frustrated! I bought my machine/software from cutterpros as well and they just give me the run around when I call for help. They seem to lack any type of techinical support skills. Let me know if you find any solutions.
  8. Ken- The cutter is not touching either red button. It is in the center of the cutter. I have also tried a different USB but still nothing. Any other suggestions?
  9. I have been using a ProCut CR630 machine for the last couple of months. Yesterday I tried using my cutter and for whatever reason it is no longer recognizing my USB cord and I continue to get a USB not recognized message whenever I plug the machine in. However, if I click on the information about the drivers, it says that they are installed correctly. There have been no updates on my computer so there shouldnt be any issue there. My cutters screen is also blank instead of reading ONLINE. I have been given nothing but the run around from the company that I purchased the machine from. They have made me download all these different programs to my computer that do not help. I own a home business and need this machine in order to make money. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
