I just recieved my sample from US Cutters, but it did not bring any instructions. At what setting am I supposed to have it on and for how long do I press for? Thanks

How do I order form US Cutter? How good is Siser? Does it have the sticky backing (releasem sheet). How does it compare to thermo fles, I have never used anything other than thermo flex so I have no idea how other vinyls are. Please help. I know that thermoflex you can wash and dry and nothing happens, how about Siser?

I have a question, where do you guys purchase your vinyl from, I am located in Riverside County, CA. I normally order from Ordway, but I don't do so much so when I buy the 1 yard the shipping comes out more expensive than the vinyl. I checked out http://www.denversignsupply.com/ , but I do not understand their pricing for their poly-flex vinyl. Thank you all

Ok now I am really thinking I am an idiot at this (wait till my husband hears this one, he was already dying of laughter at the heat press situation). I did not know you could move the rollers (DUH) They were all set together in one corner. I was wondering how in the world would you use the whole plotter if they are all in a corner. HAHAHAHAHA Ok maybe now I will have a better time, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw how you change the pressure, but how do you change the speed?

Now I am having trouble cutting the thermoflex with my plotter. When it starts to cut it crumbles up the vinyl. The blade ends up getting all caught up in the crumbly mess of a vinyl ball. I have tried adjusting the rollers (even to the point where I can see the imprints on my vinyl (that did not work) Man I feel like if it aint one thing its another You guys have all been a great help. I need your help, again...... One day i will get it At least I haven't pulled my hair out or burned down the house (thanks to you guys)
