And, I use the green star for home decor signs. Nothing outside exposed to the elements. I have some of the 651 that I got because I wanted beige but have not used any of it yet, and some of the 751 that I got for a big metal sign for a building, but have not used any of it yet either! Kind of scared I am going to mess it up fooling around with app tap

Thanks for that! I did not know that was possible! I think my settings are good, I accedentaly lifted a letter while weeding, and could not see any score marks on the wax backing. Had to eyeball it back in place!

Thanks Mz Skeeter..... Just laid it upside down and tried that, and it still wont stick! I have enough of the old RT60 to finish this project, but still don't know what to order for future stuff!!!!

Gesh..... came here to ask a legit question, and get sarcasam.... SERIOUSLY...... does anyone know what I should order? Does anyone know if the Rtape AT75 will actually stick to matte finish vinyl??? SERIOUSLY..... I have two 100 yard rolls of tape that wont work, By the way, I applied my tape to the top of my project, squeegied the heck out of it.... Lined it up on the board I am trying to attach it to..... Applied a piece of masking tape down the center so it would not move, tried to lift the app tape from outside corner to center so I could tear away half of the backing paper and it will NOT lift the vinyl off the backing paper!!!! I squeegied it again, and again and again IT WILL NOT STICK!!!

I am working with the greenstar matte finish vinyl..... I was nearly out of rtape AT60 so ordered a new roll..... Found out that it has been reformulated and no longer sticks to the matte finish vinyl .... Called sales before I placed last order, and was told I need to order the Greenstar layflat clear high tack tape and that it would stick...... Well guess what! It does NOT! Called this morning and was told it was my technique, And if its not working for me then I need to order the Rtape clear choice AT75...... Does ANYONE know if this will actually stick to matte finsh? I don't need ANOTHER 100 yards of tape that I cannot use!!!!!!!!
