  1. first off, this by no means is a negative or attach on USCutter, it is my first impressions of the overall service and experience of my buying the pcut. 1. Read the forums for a few weeks before buying and decided on the pcut, thought about the laser but when talking with the sales rep, don't remember his name but he was laid back and very helpful, decided that the pcut was for me and my use. Sales rep answered all my questions patiently and did not hurry me to make a decision. Didn't try to upsell me overtly and was not pushy, he did suggest a couple of additions. 2. Shipping took a couple of days extra then was estimated, but that's what happens, ordered on a Wed and got it the next wednesday. no problem 3. Pcut and vinyl was packed tight, not damage could be seen. There were a couple of 2-3 inch scratches on the back of the housing and the top cream covered piece was not fully attached (sticking up about 1/2 inch than the other side) Also, screws on the inside back of the housing were missing. 4. the control panel plastic overlay was scratche up a little to but didn not affect the use. Except for the 0 position button in the middle, more often than not when i push it stays down and pops up after a bit or i have to massage it to come back up. nothing major. 5. had a problem starting it up, called customer service and got Levi (I think). He logged into my computer and walked me through answering all my questions. Very cool guy, and helpful. Seemed i had done everything right, just needed to be shut off and on again to erase buffer memory. 6. Was Cutting within a couple of hours. no problem since Overall very please with my experience, guys were great and very helpful. A couple of small things about the delivery condition but nothing major. For this price you cannot complain much. Would definately buy from them again from this first impression.

    Aachen 8000 vinyl

i just got a pcut and some aechen vinyl, got the 4 color starter pack and a 10yd each of black and white. haven't stuck anything significant yet except for making 40" riders in the black and putting it on piece of plywood painted with kils. I left the board for a couple of days outside covered and the vinyl is seperating from the board already. I smoothed it out when applied and rubbed it down reasonbly well. It is starting to pull away at some spots from the board. It doesn't seem to be sticking that well. I know it's not the kils because i've had sign guys cut vinyl for me and i applied it myself with the same setup. I can't even remove the previous vinyl without pullin up the paint. I've used the white for a couple of small things. It isn't opaque, there is some see through. Probably will go with a more established brand. overall i am happy with my pcut and the customer service i got when i had some startup problems. see my first impression post i'm putting up now.
