Apply low or medium tack transfer tape to 5mil or 7mil clear mylar, cut, wet transfer tape side, wait few min, gently remove transfer tape ,clean loose pieces and reusable stencil is ready.You have to find right settings to cut only mylar not transfer tape. PS. 721 may have some limitations cutting thicker and rigid materials so do some test cuts.

MACTAC- Transparent Gray Paint Mask and Clear Choice AT60(app.tape).The paint mask has water based adhesive ,so spraying lacquer is OK. I use this paint mask almost every day and love it.Cheers

50 ft tracking is guaranteed when vinyl is properly align .Sometimes I cut very elaborated patterns in paint mask, over 20 ft long and tracking never fail. Take time to explore software and hardware options .It will pay you back in production process million times.Cheers.

Hands down FC 8000.600g vs 400g of downforce and ARMS is extra option for Q-series.Tangential emulation(FC) is also very useful when cutting thicker sandblast mask with high accuracy.If budget is not issue this cutter is best option(after Summa T-series) for your business.After 20 years in business of decorative painting and 10 years wit cutters ..... always buy best you can afford.
