    Oh heck...I gotta do this.

Thanks Wildgoose. Conde called me today. Tried talking me into a Ricoh. Too costly for me right now. Said the ink would last longer because it would use less ? Any thoughts on that. I am still going toward Cobra for the CISS. Can't wait to start. OK, what is profile ? I need to be brave enough to go ahead and order the CISS.

yes and no . It doesn't look totally right. Like i can't really tell what my insert is. Maybe it is due to me not doing the right colors in the program yet. Still working and playing with it. Thanks for asking.

Cutter = Master I think software is Signcut ? not sure on that tho.

    Question regarding sand blasting...

DNA, it is too low if you are supplying the glass. i did these for $10each and they supplied the glasses. That was last yr. Now i am working on more for them. It is a wine club group. Their name is on the back. Don't know why they are black. .

thank you 30-284, i will give it a go after Thanksgiving. that seems simpler that ones explaining it for Silhouette. Maybe SCAL is simpler than that software. I love my SCALP.

So the video will yield 30-284's # 3 result. ?? I need to try. I am such a visual learner. Here is a beautiful one done by Caroline Reiser Spatz on Bling Craftography. She does amazing work. I hope it is ok to post this here as long as i give her credit ? This is my goal. This technique in SCALP.

    Sure Cuts a Lot pr0 4

So glad to see a comment on v.4. I just saw last night there was an update and was wondering. It also says you can design in v4 and send to v 2 to cut with your cricut , if anyone still uses one . Cool. I still have the E that I use for scrapbooking. Wonder if it recognizes glyphs, etc to use. I bought Samantha font and can't use them without tracing it. Such a hassle.

    font support

who do we contact for the SCAL software to question about a font with glyphs. ? I bought Samantha font but can't access the glyphs without tracing. And not a pretty trace either.

    Samantha font

i bought Samantha font but can't see the glyphs in SCAL. Is there a better way for SCAL than to open in Nexus and screenshot and trace. ? HELP

doesn't the sticky stick to the letters then and mess it up ?

    Applying glitter layers

Leslie, Yes, this is what most people on the Silhouette forums are calling "trapping". For SCAL i would create a shadow a little larger than the original-create 2 originals because one is gonna disappear- of course and place my original on top of the shadow and go to the Path tab and click "front minus back" i believe.Or "back minus front" . If one doesn't work click "undo" and try the other. I am not on my program computer right now so i can't try it. Then you should have a "hole" to place your original glitter image in. This is how my mind sees it - if anyone else has ideas, please chime in.
