dip them in vinegar/water solution. That is what i am using to take the masks off of the glassware i am etching. Works wonders. Stuff just slides right off after soaking about 5 min. -or maybe less but i always forget i left it in the sink so therefore it is EASY to come off.

anyone know anything good about the sale for USCutter on the 15th. Do they usually have indoor vinyl at a good price or anything else?

wow. glad to see the pic on the blades. I didn't realize there was that much difference.

ShowMe- open the eps in INK and save as SVG to cut with your cutter.

don't forget when you use the carrier sheet - I use the cricut one since I still use my Expression ( big cricut)- it is thicker than running thru without so I had to adjust my blade depth and pressure.

thanks guys. It took 2 times to get it done straight. The first time was crooked so had to RECUT . The second time i applied line by line. I also marked my spots on the canvas and put tape down for my line . Should have done that the first time. Oh well, live and learn. Of course, if i weren't horizontally challenged it would have been straight the first time. :-\

got id loaded. I am experiencing mishaps tho. When I go to "Undo" an action my whole design DISAPPEARED. All these places are good and available but they also come in different grit sizes. If grit is a size that is. So it depends on who carries the grit you want. the higher the # the smaller the grit ( i think that is the way it goes. ) which results in smoothness of the etch . I HAVE NOT tested so i don't know the comparison but on the FB page i am on there is a wealth of info. One page = Etching with a blast cabinet, for those just using the air eraser- Air Erasing.
