Thank you for your answer and Yes, I can understand what you are saying, but have experienced it with windows 7 also ... I think it might have something to do with the size of the file (but have printed a file large with same logos) or something ... I can print the picture fine if I cut it down/print it in grey scale ... I worked around it last year, but I am determined to find out what is causing it so I can "fix" the problem ...

I am printing from a PC widows 10 to a HP DesignJet 111 roll Printer ... using SCAL3, print/cut with registration makes ... see following file ... this is the problem { http://prntscr.com/940gj8 }... Thanks Don

I am new to this business and I have been given a job which: is a window 59" x 71", clean 17 10" letters off, cover with white vinyl, make 4" red diagonal lines every 4", Put 17 10" letters on the window, and M-F 8 AM - 6 PM 3" letters. All lettering blue. Please, could someone give me a formula, ballpark, any thing besides roll the dice, draw a card, or throw a dart.
