    Outdoor Sign Board

i like to use dibond... no flutes, so you don't need to put any edge caps on it. It's great if going up against the side of a building, but if not, you might want to invest in something more sturdier or thicker. ultraboard, as posted above, is a foam board/pvc.... not used for outside applications unless you want your customer to come back and yell at you when it breaks. It will bow and fade and is not good for in the sun nor cold temperatures where it becomes brittle.

American Flag - Need help with layers

I'm assuming your doing this cut vinyl in red, white and blue. Watch this video on how to use the registration marks for layering multiple colors.

    Back window for pickup

i order alot of glass scapes (www.glasscapes.com)rear window canvas. You should be able to buy them through restylers choice by setting up an account. 800-733-3316 6 designs to choose from in elk your cost should be about almost $70 shipped to you, i charge $99 plus install which is another $25 depending if there is a slider window or tonneau/toolbox in the way, then i up it to $35
  6. maybe it's the force. Generally, when i stick in a new blade i adjust the force to almost the lightest. Also, the blade may be sticking out to far. You should barely feel it with your finger. Also.... it should spin freely in the holder, there may be some vinyl debris in the head. Hope this helps. I just gave my plotter a good cleaning the other day. Alcohol wipes, tooth brush, duster spray, and pulley tightening... my machine is 12 years old and works like new. Hopefully you look in your owners manual and do what is needed to maintain the machine if you haven't yet.

    hello to all

I recently discovered this site and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Stephanie, i'm on a few other sign forums as well, if any of you recognize my screen name. You all seem really friendly here and i can't wait to get to know you all! I've been making signs since 2004. I'm self taught and still learning. I run flexi and have a 30" Ioline plotter and work out of a truck accessory shop that we own. If you have any questions you'd like to know about me, feel free to ask me
