As soon as I saw teflon i new it was not good!! Thank you for all your help..

under the collar has a white rubbery feel too it. so I'm 100 percent sure it's waterproof on the inside of the shell.

The name brand on the jacket is Utility pro wear and the shell is 100% polyester, not sure if they are waterproof onside or on the outside no mention on tags..

Wondering if I could get advice on which vinyl would be the best to use on utility high visibility jackets and they have teflon waterproof fabric protection on them,, I tried siser easy weed, just not sticking correctly?? Can this be done with vinyl or sublimation?
