We have been using Signcut for a year now with no issues. Recently the "COM" dropped off the device port list in the Cutter Settings option so after some research and talking to US Cutter we determined the USB port was bad so we bought a keyspan and are now using the other port and now "COM4" does show up in the cutter settings but when we try to cut nothing happens (box shows up for a milli-second) and then it locks/freezes up as well. We are getting really backed up with things we need to cut. W have tried Un-Installing Signcut Prod Pro and Re-intalling it as well Does anybody have any suggestions ? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am new to this. Does anyone know if Corel 11 is compatible with the Copam 2500. I have a friend that is well versed with Corel Draw 11, so I feel like I could seek his help alot more easier if I were to use the same software as him. Thanks in advance for any help or wisdom you can provide !
