Wildgoose, what do you mean zero it out at X&Y? I have reset it at the home point and it does come back to that point, however, when I hit online, there are odd numbers showing up on the screen instead of just ONLINE.

I can get to the 0 position and it will show online the first time. However, when I move it around and then hit the online button again, it goes back to home, but it will not show online, it has some weird numbers and the numbers are never the same. And when I try to cut something out, it starts ok but then the cutter moves way off cut like the axis is off.

No its still not working. It seems like the cutter is not reading the axis correctly. I hit the online button and instead of showing online, it still shows number that make no sense. Then sometimes before it gets to the home position, it slows down really slow and almost has a grinding sound. I have had this cutter for about 6 years and never had problems like this. I hope its not time to get another one. Its been really good for me.

Oh that reset button, yes I used that, several times. So now when I hit the online button to move it back to the home position, when it gets home, instead of it showing online on the display like it always did before, now its numbers that make no sense at all. UGH, so frustrating

Yes it was plugged in when not in use for a couple months. I wont say it was completely unused during that time, just now very often, about once a month. Ok as far as reset button, which button are you talking about? There is one on the left of the carriage and one on the right of the carriage?

Yes using the arrows in the X Y axis screen to place the carriage in position and yes it does say online.

OK so I have a question. I have not been working much with my cutter due to personal problems but recently have started back up. Well, now when I move my blade to adjust it, the numbers on the display become weird and the display shows +0 then I'll have to press reset. Of course when I try to cut now, it stops at the beginning then moves the blade way back while cutting the vinyl. Any ideas what may have happened? I have had the PCUT for several years and has never given me any problems.

I am making a break away banner for our local school and found this website that is selling the break away banners at a reasonable price. They are 13 oz banners. Thanks Joey, but when I go to the website, it does not give me an option to get a banner with that big in Heighth. Am I not looking in the correct place on there?

I was wondering if anybody has a good supplier for an 8'X8' white banner. I have a supplier for smaller banners, but never have I had to order one this big. Thanks for any help!

Ok, I know I've heard about adding the half circles to banners to help them stay intact during strong winds. But how do I do that? It makes me nervous cutting into the banners like that. Thanks! Nancy

Hey Betterbait, Just thought you would like to know. I got mine to work. Unfortunatley, I don't get the credit, but call the cutter support team and they will log on to your computer and fix it. 888-298-8143 Good Luck and Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your advice guys. Its obviously not just an issue with my cutter and I think it has to be something easy to fix, but I wish I knew what it could be. Nancy

I am in need of help. I had to get a new computer and I have been trying to install my Procut drivers and it has not been easy. I had Windows XP before and it was a cinch. Now I have Vista and I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But I finally got it all installed or so I thought, but now when I cut a project the first time, it comes out ok. But when I cut the second, it says Cutting Tile Not Responding. So then I have to shut down my whole computer to start a new project. Does anybody have any idea what I have done wrong? I am so frustrated at this point because I have so many projects pending and this is delaying my work! Thank You in advance for ANY help! Nancy
