Hello- I am looking to get a good Outdoor Vinyl for my boat graphics. Something that will last a while. I have used Oracal 651 but is a little too glossy for me and to thin. Looking for a thicker not as glossy vinyl. Any good ideas?? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info ALL- I have used the plastic Razors with OK luck. What is Denatured Alcohol- Where do you get this? I do not have a heat gun but will try my wife's hair dryer if she lets me Thanks

Hello, I have a painted aluminum boat that I want to remove some of the decals and detail stripes. What is the best way to do this. I have removed certain things in the past and have had not so good luck getting it 100% off. It seems likes there is always some of the adhesive that wont come off and it seems like once you remove one that has been on a long time, you see that outer edge of where the decal used to be... I have tried lighter fluid- (I know, not good) and also rubbing alcohol. these did not even work that great and it seemed like it faded the paint around it a bit too. Any good ideas for a "Easy" way to remove? Thanks for your time

I have used Jiffyshirts.com with success but am looking for cheaper ideas as well. I like the Gildan 2000 T-Shirt-

Thanks all. Overall I do have the font. It is weird, in Word I can do bold but alot of the fonts in InkScape do not have BOLD feature. I have been messing around with the Stroke Width some and seems to be working!! Learned another thing Thanks

Thanks again for replying. Did you mean InkScape instead of SignBlazer? Both Word and InkScape were open. I do use SignBlazer but would not think that would have to be open. Thanks

thanks - for some reason- did not work for me. I copy it from word, then paste it into InkScape. Only way it shows up is if I hit the text button, then paste it. Only problem is, the proper text from the word document does not show up. Is there anyway to save it from Word and paste it into InkScape and have it a path? Then no need to download fonts. Thanks for any help

Hello, Is there a way to import into InkScape from MS Word? Lets say I have some text in Word. Can I save this in some form and import into InkScape? What I have been doing now is people are typing what they want, then I retype it in InkScape. Only problem is the Font is not always the same or I need to go get the font and download. Would be great if there was a way to simply Copy and paste. I can not figure it out though!! Thanks

Hello, I have had pretty good luck with this software and my MH721 cutter. I also use inkscape and like it. Last nite i tried to cut a long wall vinyl. 69 inches long. It would not cut in just 1 piece it kept making it into 2 cuts (the last 8" or so). I tried to figure it out and could not. I changed my layout size which I have done before but this still did not work. any ideas. It is only 6" tall but 69" long. thanks
