Few months a go  i got  a problem with my Laser plotter i was cutting with USB AND VISTA and was doing a wear lines over my job you guys help me with the solution was play with my serial cable and works so i discard the USB  but my computer is kind old, and i am looking for a new pc but the new ones are missing the serial port ?? what can i do ?  if is a new computer with more memory you guys think its ok going back to USB ?? is that gonna work ??

i used regular paper and pen and still the same always line in my work i play with the speed and press and nothing change. i don't know if is my plotter

Hi i have no problems when i cut some easy logos or small works but when i tried to cut a big or large jobs my blade stay down and cut a wear line over all my vinyl roll i was busy in my room whan i came back i found 5 yards of my vinyl with a line all over my vinyl and this hapend to me always when i tried to made y large job.
