Thanks Jay.... I guess I should have used the search tool first.

Looking for an EPS file of a tiger head. My son really wants me to make him a tiger for his wall. Thanks!

M&S.... Thanks. Love the one in the middle. The one on the right might give him nightmares.

What kind of vinyl did you use? Wish I could make some $$$ on the installation, but the customer is going to install.

There are two Fellers locations in Michigan. Probably not close enough to pick up locally, but they ship within 24 hours for free if your order is more than $75. Their in house brand is Shinerite. Would make a good choice for practice. I just bought my first roll to try out and I don't have any complaints yet. Definately practice on paper first with the pen. Will save you a lot of vinyl at the beginning.

Those will work great. Thanks! -
I stopped at a sign shop today and they're getting $24 each for 20 signs single sided and they are screening them. $30 for quantities less than 20. $$$$$$$

BENEFITS OF USING A STAND FOR YOUR CUTTER PCUT 24
snlsd replied to OZZIEIMAC's topic in Creation PCUT Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Tenor, Same thing happened to me with the stand. You definately want the uprights with the flat side facing in. Everything else will fall into place after that. -
NEED HELP WITH PCUT 630
snlsd replied to snlsd's topic in Creation PCUT Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Tenor, Good point. The one annoying thing is the leading edge of the vinyl always catches on the front of the cutter. I'm probably going to put a piece of vinyl over the front edge so it will slide smoothly over it. -

Opened them up in Signblazer and they were all solid black. Is this because of Signblazer or are they actually black silhouettes? -
rear window aplication question!!!!!!!!!!!
snlsd replied to godstrong1's topic in General discussion
I had a graphic in the back window of my company van. It was perfect since the wiper didn't clear the window very well. Let someone borrow the van and sure enough, they used the rear wiper. Lucky for me it didn't scratch the vinyl to bad. -
So, faster is better? I was at 50. Seems like slower would give the blade time to raise before it moves over.

Initially I was having problems with my PCUt where the letters wouldn't completely close. I set the pressure at 120 like Ken suggested. I also made sure the offset was at 0.25. I am cutting 1 inch letters and the corners are getting messed up. It almost looks like the blade is catching and lifting up the edge of the letter. I have the blade set so that it is barely sticking out. (also as suggested by Ken). I'm wondering if I am cutting too fast or maybe something else is not right. I'm cutting at 50 speed. Any suggestions!

Need some RV's. Thanks to all who shared these with me on another thread. I combined them all in one EPS file. Enjoy! RV.EPS RV.EPS -
MH-721 Not cutting entire letter (ex: P C R ...etc..)
snlsd replied to nutmonkey's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Discussion
I am having the same problem with my pcut. Especially on smaller letters, the blade doesn't finish the cut. Cutting at 105 pressure, 40 speed, and 0.25 offset. There seems to be a half of a millimeter left that hangs on when you are weeding. It's not as bad when you are doing larger stuff. -
Thank you again. These are great.
