Think about those options. A) You call getting all pissed of cussing and accusing. Not they are also on the defense feeling attacked so will not be on your side but in a defensive position. This will not be a good outcome. If you call and just explain the situation calmly now you are in control as they will feel embarrassed at there mistake. Most likely you will come out on top with some free stuff or at least a sincere apology. C) Dont do (A) but if © does not work out well ditch that company and order from somewhere else. But be sure to let them know you are going else where and if they dont make it right still thats a company I would NEVER do business with no matter there prices Customer Service goes a long way with me. Price is good. But service comes first.

I am seriously looking at getting a Epson WF1100 With Cobra ink ciss. My problem is all I have is a Pcut that does not do couture cuts. I am thinking I could design my decals with a thin border around them and a couple registration marks on the top that way I can set my Pcuts start point so it will cut the outlines? In theory I think it will work but has any one here tried it or have any input for me on this?

I had a death in the family and I am making some in memory of decal for the family. I also wanted to make a nice plaque but I need to have it done by Thursday so there is no time to order anything. I was thinking about using a tile from home depot but was wondering if any of you have suggestions as to what else I could use that I can just pick up quick that would look classy? Also if any of you have any ideas on the design it would help. The hard part is no cross (she is Mormon) I was leaning towards harts, roses but not sure. Any ideas would be great. Thank.

In case of fire or theft the external drive and 1 of the flash drives go with me when I leave for my day job. I know I know in paranoid. But I look at all the files I have worked on for YEARS as cash. Not to mention all the personal stuff I have that cant be replaced

I am not a IT guy but I have been using a program called Folder Clone. Its easy to set up you choose what files to back up and where and when to back them up you just set it and forget it. I have mine set up to back up all my files at 4am every day to 2 flash drives,a external 320 gig WD Passport drive,a internal 500 gig drive & to my dedicated computer for my cutter. I dont think thats a font but a custom graphic. If you look at the 2 Es they are different .

Home Depot carrys 4X8 sheets of the material and will even cut then for you I have used these before they work great.

Eye balling is a great start but when you think you have it grab a level for your final adjustment. Then tape it good and install using hinge method.

I have a good friend for over 15 years of mine that just bought a coffee shop. I did his business hour in vinyl on the front door for $20 he was happy. Then he wanted a 3' X 25' banner for the front of the building business name and what they offer for sale. I really didn't want to do it but being a good friend I told him $225 thats $3 a SF. 2 days later he tells me he got a quote of $149 full color printed including art work. Right then I told him to jump on it. Well he got it and I helped put it up and it looks great I must say. That got me thinking vinyl banners are dead I cant compete with those prices. Of course window lettering & graphics are still going strong for me. I am considering not offering banners any more.
