  1. something unique and different from what everybody else is selling..  You have to find your own niche' to be able to compete on EBAY,, If your going to sell what everybody else is selling,  then the only thing you are going to do is have a pricing war and nobody wins.  If you are unique and different you are in a class of your own and can keep your prices up there.  and don't do any copyright stuff,  You don't need to for a sucessful business. And if we all knew what would sell the most,    we would all be rich....  and only you knows what you are capable of making to sell. If somebody has to make your game plan for you, then your in the wrong business. Everybody has to create their own game plan.  You have to have your own ideas, I'm not about to tell you what I sell that makes my living for me, and nobody else will either.

  2. the OP also stated in another post that he had tracking problems with his Refine cutter,  The Graphtec tracks great.  I fully recommend the Graphtec,  I went from a cheaper Chinese cutter with a stepper motor to a Graphtec.  and would purchase another Graphtec first, before buying another cutter. I do alot of stripes, so it is great to not have to worry about them not being straight,  Perfect cuts the first time.

  3. I've got the Gigaware one from RadioShack. It came with a disk. I even installed the software driver on that disk and still no go.... ;)

I bought one of those once and it never worked,  had to get another.  The owner of Radio shack could  not get it to load on his computer either,  It said Found new hardware,  then went right to an error message.  Look on the Radio Shack, website.   they have trouble shooting  I do believe.

  4. I keep getting a pigtail on my cuts and cannot fix it. The pigtail seems o be where the cutter starts the cut. I have tried everything so far no luck. I have adjusted the offset from 0-50, tighted the belt, read and adjusted the XY calibration from front to back, new blade, and new holder. Any suggestions? I will try to post a pic later.

what do your regular test cuts look like?  are they square?

  5. I tried it and it didn't work. The plotter won't completely turn on and the power button and screen light up and quickly turn off. Its kind of like a cycle, it powers on and off on and off on and off, etc; it does this with a 5 second delay between each power on and power off and it only powers on for less than a second. I changed the power cable and It still does the same thing. I can hear a click noise to the far left of the plotter every time it powers on. Any recommendations? Thanks

did you see it run,  before purchasing ?

  6. I could copy those sizes also, I can make any design any size I want, and sell it, If in fact it is legal to sell it, in the first place.   That is legal.  but  selling copyrights is not legal. If you do not have permission from the original owner.   And if their ad is word for word the same, they cannot do that.  Have you you reported it?   But they can change words around and be similiar ,  just not word for word.  There is report this item,,  copying my listing or pictures,  then you copy and paste their ad,  and put the item number of your ad that they copy and pasted from.

  7. Sooooo   am getting this right?  Your complaining because someone else is ALSO selling something that neither one of you should be selling in the first place?  BECAUSE it actually belongs to SOMEONE else?  If you are using any part of a copyrighted logo, It doesn't matter if it's shaked, stirred, or thrown up in the air,  and lays on a design.  It is not yours to sell.   Get  real.  I run a very successful decal business with over 1400 designs and not one, decal is a copyright,  because you don't have to sell copyrights  to have a sucessful business.  You are just begging for a lawsuit by numerous companies.  Can you really afford that?  I love it, when people complain  about others, when they are even guiltier.
