just curious, on the 36" Pcut, what are the specs for cutting width on it?? Will it really cut 36" Wide? I think alot of these sellers may advertise them to be larger than what they can actually cut..To make them just sound bigger, My Graphtec is a 30" with approx MAX 29.7" cutting width, but the cutting area is 43".Wide Total width of machine 49.5" I also have a Seiki which is advertised as a 36" Vinyl cutter, but on the Seiki site specs the maximum cutting width is really 30.7" So, do those 36" machines really cut 36" wide? I'm just curious, I don't have one to check..

you stated you have .ai , then save your files in an an older .eps version like version 8. Then you shouldn't have any problems importing into Signblazer. Signblazer has not been updated for many years, and can only use older file format. I have also read that you can copy and paste your files into Signblazer.

It should be in your Artcut software somewhere. Look around in it. Isn't there a HELP section to your software? Alot of people who got Artcut with their cutter, get rid of if and use Signblazer, which is FREE unlimited trial, and can be downloaded here on the forum under Signblazer thread. Goodluck.

I don't have this machine, but it is noted all over this forum that the MHseries cutters have limited memory and cannot handle large designs. true, but when your sharing music, games, software, that is copyrighted, it is illegal. And you can pay a hefty fees for that. This lady sure found out the hard way. And many others did also. that site looks like one of those file sharing sites like Napster, before they got sued. Everything illegal. Movies, music, games,software, tv shows. etc

legal Flexi products come with a USB password dongle and license for your protection. That is why it cannot be legally downloaded.

also if the vinyl is catching on the front lip of the machine, but some tape over it. Also make sure the carriage head is firmly in the track, the white wheels in the track. Blade should should spin freely and be free of vinyl pieces on the inside of blade holder.

are you sure you have the pinch rollers directly over the bottom grit rollers? You should also be able to take the blade holder out of the machine and cut across a piece of vinyl. and it should not be cutting into the vinyl backing,just barely making a mark If it does cut into the vinyl backing,or marking , the blade is out too far.

thought you meant logo, go to Ebay, or someplace else online selling the car, find a good picture and vector it. Or hire it done.

If your saying the adhesive is the problem, then it sounds like your vinyl. can you do a sample cut on different type of vinyl?

when I open it in illy, it does say it is a newer version, and still allow is to open in older version, BUT it says the file was not saved with PDF. and it says the same thing when I open it in Flexistarter

great, but next time your might want to put the dot over the i in graphics, It's not too good of advertising when the businessman selling doesn't do his own work correctly. You could still apply it. just a thought. Unless THAT is the look you are really going for...then just leave it alone.

on Flexistarter 8.6-10 you can contour cut without an optical eye like on a Graphtec or a Roland So now you can contour cut with a Refine series or a Pcut, etc.

XP is much more stable.. and if it has a serial port even better. Flexi is up to Flexi 10 now.
