it can affect it.. also static. does the CUTTING SIZE CORRECTIOn in set up match each other OUTPUT SIZE CORRECTION, measured size, expected size?

maybe put up some screen shots of your layout screen before sending to cut, we cannot see what you are doing , just by you saying so.. Show it.. layout screen set up screen,

blade and bottom of what?, you put the blade holder in it's hole on the carriage arm. and tighten it down, that is it.. you do not adjust the bladeholder.

have you set the software up with the password and everything.? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it. I would try that.

you can practice without vinyl, and also learn how to use the cutter, put the pen in the blade holder of the cutter, feed some paper instead of the vinyl.. it will draw you a picture, and you can still learn how to operate your cutter without using up your vinyl. then when your vinyl gets there, hopefully less wasted vinyl. just my 2c

Have you had the software for awhile? or just buy it? does it have the dongle? did you put the dongle in a USB port in your computer?

he wants to cut all 1 color I want select all the logo in one color, and cut it in one shot. But as today I 'm unable .

First off, what version of Flexi? well after production manager is open, look in advanced tab, or options tab.. one of them, and it says SEND all colors. click it. look in properties under your cutter brand, click it , picture of knife/blade, click it. look for knife offset.

ok, it has been 2 years or longer,, I would uninstall Signblazer completley and do a fresh install. well first off what type of cutting software are using with your "clothes rack"? Need more info? Had it 2 years, when was the last time you ever calibrated your cutter? x y axis? Need more info than what you have started with.. Has it always done this? Or after two years this the first time you have tried to get help and WHY? if waiting all this time.

personally I would save and go with the bigger. Graphtec I have the 30" and just love it. I have had a starter machine before and still have it, but for great tracking , smooth cuts, and a real quiet smooth machine. and no problems and a great warranty, you can't beat the Graphtecs. just my 2c
