open up the Artcut like your going to do a setup...does it have Creation Pcut listed as a cutter to setup?

yeah, I think the .eps version on the disc is too new for SignBlazer. Your probably going to run ito that alot buying vector discs.

I couldn't get it to open in Sign Blazer either, but I don't use Signblazer, to cut with , just to help people, but it is a good file and opened in my Flexistarter 8.6 just fine.

it's a single panel. the same job, It will cut all of one color, then pause for the next color,,, Hope you have a good tracking cutter for all that. And your cutter has enough memory.

first off, in my Flexi, this design is showing 3 colors. 2 shades of orange and black ...the SOGGE RACING is a different color than B-52,,, it has to be send all colors and pause between colors, you have to put registration marks to line up. Then enter how many copies you want. Unless you make the 2 oranges the same, this is going to be 3 layers. Best I can tell ya on it.

Have you still got the old blade? if so, throw it back in, until you figure out the problem, unless it is poor quality.

well, you could just download the FREE Signblazer program to your computer, and import the file and export it as an .eps there may be other Signblazer files you may want later without having to ask someone to do it for you. JUst a thought. :thumbsup:

also when you do a simple test cut, what does it look like? is it perfectly square? If not, have you adjusted your blade offset any?

order a clean cut blade http://www.cleancutblade.com/ great reviews on these, after all, you said all you did was change the blade. So try a different kind Why junk a cutter, for that. Or I'm sure you will get plenty of offers for it cheap....

you can download Signblazer and import .eps files. then export it as an .eps file

I don't use a viewer, have no idea, I was just you telling you what it was.

then import the image into another design software and >Ungroup delete the part you don't want> then save that image for your Signcut, then scale to the size you want.

it means Portfolio Saved View, it happened when you downloaded the viewer it put a file extention on your documents. If you uninstall the viewer, they will probably go away.

why would you use 24" vinyl? Like you said the machine is a 15" You need 15" vinyl and keep practicing. I have no idea what you did. Start again. we all have to practice to learn our machines. Use scrap vinyl. and start with something small, If the cutter had a pen, use pen and paper. and practice that way.

yes, you need to put your vinyl on rollers , so there isn't any tugging of the vinyl. Your making your machine work too hard, the machine shouldn't be pulling on a roll of vinyl when it is cutting., This will make it not track right. You should give the vinyl enough slack for the actual order you are cutting. My Graphtec tracks perfect all the time, and I run huge fullside vehicle graphics, I don't think you are properly running the machine to get the full benefits of it. Graphtec are great machines. I think if you would run it as it should be ran, and follow the manuals , you would love it!!! yes, you can try using Signblazer with it.
