you could have the mirrored turned on in Flexi. Is the "F" in the Flexi cut screen facing forward? It should be. and facing left if cutting mirrored,

have you grounded the cutter stand to the cutter? And best to use serial adapter, Get a Keyspan adapter. It solves alot of problems.. Usb too faulty ..

well you could try it. Alot of cutters use the Roland Pnc 1000 driver in their machines.

problem is, the OP does not have other programs.. and want to convert their cut studio/Signmate files to .eps

just import the .svg image into inkscape.org (Free software), that is where it originated from... and save as an .eps file.

I just tried if with a Flexi ( fs) file and I just keep getting a box come up "unknown file format." But it would be good for other stuff

I don't use the Cutting Master, but I just brought it up to check it. It does not even have "FILE" in the upper left corner. So no options there. It just has a place in the lower corner to check to save file. That's it. This is supposed to be like Cut Studio for Roland. Only Cutting Master for Graphtec.

I have Flexistarter and it is the same way. No way to convert. will only save as fs . but I can export as different formats, like.eps

You are expecting too much from (outdated) FREE software.... (Meaning Signblazer). If you want newer versions, and updated, try Flexipro 8.6 for around $4200. Or even Flexistarter8.6 for $99, just the basics. Which is what I use. It imports alot more file formats. then alot of other software. Sorry, but you are commenting about FREE software. If it doesn't fill your needs, then purchase what you need. Everybodys needs are different. Depending on machine and uses of equipment. Alot of people on here also use Illy and Corel also for their needs. Some people use just inkscape and Flexistarter... that works great together, but in this world , there are new versions all the time.
