    Vinyl for vehicle lettering?

You could do other people's jobs also and get your money back. Once people know you have a vinyl cutter, you would be surprised who wants decals. I agree with the SC2.
  2. It depends on your printer and cutting software. Uscutter has instructions for contour cutting. https://support.uscutter.com/hc/en-us/categories/360002380391-Vinyl-Cutters

    Log of vinyl ?

I don't know of any seller in the U.S. that calls them logs or meters. Your the only person in a long time from the UK, active on here. Full rolls are 150 ft long. And can be cut in different widths. Like Oracal comes in 30 ft long or 150 ft long. 150 ft is pretty standard for a vinyl shop to use. That is all that I purchase. 150 ft. long Oracal . 15", 24" ,30" widths. Your vinyl supplier is where you should be asking. .

    COPY RIGHT TRADE MARK

ONLY because they have not been caught yet! It is not a matter of IF they get caught, it is when will they be caught. It takes the owner to report the logo etc. as copyright and trademark infringement. These companies can take down 10 infringed items, while 100's more post them. Sellers see them up and selling and think " I can do that and make some great money" So they start doing it also. In current times, it is considered counterfeiting and Homeland Security can get involved.

    Pcut Cs630 help me pls

This is correct way to set your blade depth. To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and in your hand, firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing. You should just barely see and feel your blade tip out of the blade holder.

You can search for the part number. The side pinch rollers and the middle pinch roller are different part numbers.
  11. That vinyl is so thin, it would not take hardly any blade to cut it or force. Is this the same stuff? Contact Graphtec. Or Stahls. (Stahls shows cutter guide lines on the page for a Graphtec.) I don't know anything about this material or how it will cut. Maybe some one else has cut it before. You had many problems with it back in 2019. https://www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-vinyl-sportfilm-lite Material Specifications Composition: Polyurethane (PU) Carrier: Frosted, Pressure-Sensitive Thickness: 100 microns/.10mm Stretch & Rebound: 3 Washability: 50 Safety: CPSIA Certified Laser cutter compatible
  12. Is this the same Graphtec CE 6000 that you had problems with in 2019? And the same very thin Stalhs Sports film vinyl?
  13. No, If using CB09U blade. I only change force for using chrome vinyl. And speed for small text. I don't touch my blade for either. Just the force. I cut Oracal 651. What is that vinyl that your using?
  14. Well back the force back some more, It shouldn't cut deep into wax paper. Just barely make a scratch on the liner. I use my cutting controller also from my computer.
  15. Well If you have it good, keep it that way. Your welcome.
  16. The picture above, is that from your Cutting Controller? Computer screen? Are you sure the settings are the same on your cutter? I thought you were controlling from your vinyl cutter.
  17. You should just barely see it. Back it in more and use the force. You should barely even feel the tip. Another way Graphtec told me, Was to get down eye level. With the cutter off and with vinyl in. Push down the blade holder, You should just barely see light under the blade holder. You only cut with the very tip. That is all that I can help with. Contact Graphtec.
  18. Ok on that, but show the blade sticking out of the blade holder. And make sure Blade offset is on ZERO
  19. Are you sure that you have the blade holder in correctly, with the flange holding down the outside rim of the blade holder? So the blade holder is tight? Can you show a picture of the blade sticking out of the blade holder?
  20. Use the instructions that I gave you above, on vinyl. We don't use a lens to set our our blade depth on any cutter. I have Graphtecs also. They cut perfect. Is this a new cutter to you or did you start to have problems? The correct combination is less blade more force. Make sure you haven't broken your blade tip off. No gouges scratches in teflon cutting strip. Try a drop of light oil in the blade holder.
  21. Try how I am tell you to do it. Not the lens. This works. And blade offset is zero on a Graphtec.
  22. First make sure that your blade depth is set correctly. You must start there. Vinyl is only 2-3 mil and you only cut with the very tip of the blade. Do not use instructions that say use a credit card thickness or a post it note. They are wrong. This is correct way to set your blade depth. To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and in your hand, firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. Adjust, your blade to the vinyl, as I stated in the instructions. It will be correct. Vinyl is only 2-3 mil, so you only cut with the very tip of the blade. I have a 30" Graphtec, it only has 2 pinch rollers, Tracks great. I have never needed a use for a ruler on my vinyl cutter. Put the pinch rollers the equal distance on the vinyl edge. Approx 1-1.5" . Never pull from the roll while cutting, always have enough vinyl free and slack to do the entire order. That cutter is a rebranded Skycut. You can find videos on youtube for it. I guess there is a slight difference in the Control panel from what I have read,

So are you having problems? If so, please explain. Most new buyers see instructions for setting the blade depth with the thickness of a credit card or post it notes. This is just plain wrong. The myth just keeps on going. Set your blade like this. Set your blade depth correctly and start running your cutter slow, until you learn it. This is correct way to set your blade depth. To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and in your hand, firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting.
