What did it cost you?

Please have a look at the photo I have attached our cutter started missing letters at the begining of our art work. We can not figure what is causing this anyone have ideas? Using CorelDraw to design then export EPS to SignCut-X2 PE

I wonder should I be using the Serial Port instead of the USB port ot use this driver?

Hi Everyone... Well I purchased SignCut-X2 and after going from WinXP -> Vista -> Win7 and a couple format and restores my license is up to renew and I'm looking what other options are out there! We design all our cut files in CorelDraw X4 and export the eps for SignCut-X2 do you have any suggestions what would be best to use? Thanks!

Does anyone have an idea what would cause this? Anytime the media in the cutter backwards (say to return to start point) the knife goes down. Tonight we just damaged 10 yards of PVC t-shirt vinyl because after cutting the blade came back to the home position and dragged the know through each logo. And damaged each one we tested using one of them and it leaves a separated line through the logo. Oh and we did not tell the software to go home it stopped 1/2 way through decal 8 of 8 and went to the home postion. Please

OK am I missing something because mine just cuts the art work in a 4" area overlapping and making a mess.

Anyone know what cutter you can select to get USCutter LaserPoint 24 working with SignLab Vinyl V7 ??

OK just tested... I have 1.3V DC at the LASER... just waiting now to hear from Ken.

I'm looking for someone's that knows what specs to use to cut Magnet .30mm. Pressure and how much to turn the blade out... if any.

I've seen a few threads about lasers not coming on... and everyone just telling them to get support from Ken is there any other new news on these 24" LaserPoint cutters having a simple bug fix to get the laser working again? Mine just went off and can't seem to get it to come back on.
