  1. Anyone out there used this before? http://www.signmax.us/AchatenLigne/Product/Show_Product.aspx?Lang=eng&IdProd=28 I'm just curious if the motors could handle this without problems. I'm not looking at getting into the engraving business or anything. Just saw this and thought for $100 it would be cool to have. If it works..... Mike-b
  2. Here's Entry #1 for me. I hope everyone likes it. That whole must be vector and would like it to have the ability to be cut in vinyl made it difficult for me. I'm normally a photoshop raster kind of guy. See if you can find the cut head.... Awesome contest and I absolutely love my USCutter. Mike-b

    Screen Print Equipment.

I too use a flash dryer to cure my shirts. I do however use water based inks. I heat them up to around 370 - 400 degrees. Once they hit that number I pull them. Have had no complaints whatsoever. Usually it's compliments because after a couple of washes the shirts have practically no hand. However, the flash dryer can be used for this, I just wouldn't get into any huge orders. Works for me on anything less than 100 shirts or so. Not fun, but I make it work. Mike-b
  4. Can someone give me a little insight on this? I have a file that in corel draw has 1842 nodes. When I get the file into SBE it has literally thousands. I tried directly copying in, exporting as a Tiff, .cmx file, .eps etc...No matter the format I get the same results of many more nodes. I need to bulk print these and the cutter buffer fills quickly. Also, is there a place in SBE that will give a node count. COREL VERSION SBE VERSION Thanks, Mike-b
