    How does this look?

From experience... I have a cutter from Desay... Also a refine from US Cutter... Both machines have never had an issue with... Both machines have identical parts, right down to the cutting head... I believe the language is a bit diffrent for communication, because they use diffrent drivers... If I had my choice, I would deffinately go with a US Cutter model... Here are my reasons... US Cutter has a dedicated support team and a message board for all of us users for advice, etc... Desay does not. In essence, there both the same machines... Same parts... US cutter uses the Roland PNC1000 Driver, widely avaliable on almost any cutter program, Desays master plotter does not have this option... US cutter refine offers direct USB Connection... Last I knew, Desay does not... If in an event of component failure, You can readily purchase parts from USCUTTERDIRECT.com ... Desay also has parts avaliable, however you should compare the prices, Blade holder 30 at US cutter, 50 at desay... Desay is primarly based out of canada... Unless you speak fluent french, its difficult to talk to them as there ENGLISH NOT SO GOOD... Go with US Cutter...

    winpcsign downloading graphics ???

Well, I guess yeah, I have the same problem too... The thing about eps and AI files is there quite fincky... I know they are diffrent... But I dont know how to tell the diffrence between them honestly... I just use diffrent programs till it works... For example, if the image loads up good in flexi, then try to export in a diffrent format (like AI, svg), that winpc supports... My adobe, I can save an AI file is TEN diffrent formats... Why? I have no idea... To think that to make it easier, the programmers would just come up with a diffrent extension like ai2 or ai3 or whatever, But who am I??? oh thats right, another frustrated user on this board... LOL... I mean think about it... any MP3 player will play and MP3... so why not the same with AI or eps? Dont know..... If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact me... :D

    getting mental...

The best vecotorization comes from high quality images... im talking about good resolution and when you look at the image file, it looks sharp, clean and crisp... here is what I can do with the file... Its done in Flexi, took about 3 clicks to a result like this... kitty in flexi.eps kitty in flexi.eps

    heat press vinyl question!!!!!!!!!!!

a 15 inch wide by 3 foot (1 yard) runs me about 7.50...
  16. I guess, what I was trying to say is... Some software uses an actual 'printer' driver... its basically like cofiguration settings that is in the windows printer and faxes folder... Copam, for one, has a 'printer' driver that you can install in the printer/faxes folder and it will plot from like any program, like corel... I rember using software called dr. sticka and you had to goto file, print for the sticka to plot... i have a roland 'printer' driver and have tried to cut/plot from the file, print option with numerous diffrent software programs and it does not work... The only thing that it does do is send the carriage all the way to the left and chatter when it reaches the end..., kind of the same problem that bws is having... so... Thats why i thought that i would say something about the problems possibly being related...

  21. i think that he might of installed the roland PNC1000 "printer" drivers... in signlab, im guessing, there should be an option for like cut/plot??? I dont know... The roland pnc1000a "printer" drivers do not work with the refine... should work under cut/plot tho, im guessing, maybe? honestly have no freakin clue, nevermind, forget it i have no idea what im talking about... if i were you, id get signblazer from USCUTTERDIRECT.COM..........

    ebay store

browse listings... find something that is hot, and youll turn a profit in a week... Think of how much vinyl actually costs.. Youll make a profit... Start out small at first... You dont want to list hundreds of items in auction format and onlly end up selling a few... You wont make profit that way... Design your own... Something unique... Ebay has vero... Verified owners rights... So, if someone copys a decal that YOU design, (intellictual property), you can report them to ebay and ebay will take there auction down... watch the copyrighted material... Just because others are getting away with it, doesnt mean that you will... All it takes is for the copyright holders is a court order and ebay will be forced to give up your selling history... at minimum, suspended from ebay, then potential lawsuits, property seized, including everything related to making the copyrighted material including all your inventory, your machine, your computer and could be more... Ive read stories of people selling outta there vehicle and the acutal car being seized...(used in a crime), im not sure if they could take your house or not... Just somethign to look out for... Reputation is everything with the fierce amount of competion... You wouldnt believe some people dont even know what a decal is... show some examples of installed decals on like your about me page and place a link there like FAQ in all your auctions... be really unique and make a installation video and place the video in your auction or a link to it in the paypal reciept email... a little extra effort will go along way... Also, combine shipping, you end up selling more that way...
