Same issue here. Using Flexi and Signcut. Same problems with both. Have checked for slop everywhere. Not finding any. But on small letters, I have ruined several graphics trying to weed them. By small, I mean .50" and smaller. Cutting Oracal 651. Respects, Six

I get an error when I try and attach the fonts. It is called Subway font. Got it from a free site. Will try and find the link. Edited to add link: http://www.dafont.com/subway.font

The font is a graphiti font I found. I'll post it, if you'd like.

This vinyl cutting is addictive. Here are a couple more things I did this weekend.

Bought some Oracal 651 and it releases like a charm. The BGS seems like a good vinyl, maybe a little more durable than the 651, but is harder than hell to get it to release from the backing. There is no way I could send stickers to a customer and expect them to pick at it and get the graphic to remain quality. Just my observation, and I may be doing something wrong. Respects, Jerry

Thanks. That makes sense now. Appreciate the help. It seems to be working better, now that I am into the roll of app tape a little bit. I'm guessing it may have absorbed a little moisture, or something, and lost some adhesion. Appreciate your help. Respects, Jerry

I don't understand what you mean by recutting it? I am having a hard time getting the application tape to stick good to the vinyl. When I peel the backing off, it stays on the backing and not sticking to the app tape. Trying to pin down whether it is the app tape, or the BGS vinyl, or both.....Thanks for the tip on the 3M stuff tho. Respects, Jerry

I bought the BGS vinyl and RTape from US Cutter. I'm having a miserable time getting the vinyl to stick to the app tape. Is anyone else using their stuff? I am using a squeegie and pressing as hard as I can, and it makes no difference. Ruining some cool graphics cuz of this. Any recomendations? Respects, Jerry

It is definitely different. Enjoying it so far. Definitely need to get some better tools to work with. And it's amazing how detailed these things will cut. There is a small dot in the pelicans eye that is maybe .030" in diameter. It actually cut that out good as well. Gonna be a blast, I think. Respects, Jerry
